Monday, June 7: Liverpool is the Place concert series kicks off tonight

The annual Liverpool is the Place concert series gets underway tonight at 7 p.m. in Johnson Park (Corner Route 57 and Vine Street, Liverpool). The Liverpool School Jazz Ensemble performs. Admission is free.

• Ryan Burdick is at the Copper Top Tavern (905 N. Main St., North Syracuse) at 6 p.m.
• Michael Crissan performs at The Retreat (302 Vine St., Liverpool) at 7 p.m.
• George Leija and the Monday Night Band are at the American Legion Post 418 (9 Oswego River Road, Phoenix) at 6 p.m.
