Dave Robertson, Mick Dooley, Mike MacDonald, Maka Rouge and more honor the great Neil Young at Kellish Hill Farm (3192 Pompey Center Road, Manlius). Music starts at 7 p.m. Admission is $10.

The annual St. Patrick's Day parade takes place today in downtown Syracuse. The event starts at noon.
