One of CNY's best festivals, the Westcott Street Cultural Fair, celebrates its 20th year today on Westcott street, in between Concord Street and Dell Street. The event features great food, merchandise, local artisans, and some of the area's best bands. Click here for the music lineup. The event is free and runs from 12 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
