The Marshall Tucker Band will perform at 9 p.m.

The 7th annual chicken wing festival, now dubbed Wings On The Water, continues at Syracuse's Inner Harbor. Today's entertainment lineup includes Shawn Wilder (3 p.m.), Dirty Church Revival (3:30 p.m.), Dirty Speaker (5 p.m.), Simplelife (6:15 p.m.), Blue Machine (7:30 p.m.) and the Marshall Tucker Band (9 p.m.).
