Friday, August 20: Wings on the Water kicks off tonight

The 7th annual chicken wing festival, now dubbed Wings On The Water, kicks off at 4 p.m. at Syracuse's Inner Harbor. Today's entertainment lineup includes 3 Inch Fury (5 p.m.), Candid (6:45 p.m.), One Hard Krank (8 p.m.) and Under The Gun (9:30 p.m.). Admission is free. The festival runs through Saturday, culminating in and appearance by the Marshall Tucker Band.
