Friday, June 28: Lou Gramm at Balloon Fest 2013 and more

Lou Gramm headlines Friday as Balloonfest 2013 kicks off at Jamesville Beach Park (4110 West Shore Rd., Jamesville). The festival opens at 4 p.m. Gramm takes the stage at 9 p.m.

3 Inch Fury starts the music at 6 p.m. followed by Hard Promises (7:45 p.m.) Admission is $10 per day, $20 for the weekend. Kids under 12 are admitted free.
