Country singer Jake Owen brings his “Salute to the Troops Tribute Concert” to Fort Drum tonight. The concert, which starts at 7 p.m., takes place at Fort Drum at 10012 S. Riva Ridge Loop. Fireworks follow the concert. Admission is free.
