Saturday, May 4: CNY Food Cupboards benefit in Earlville and more

Pamme Swan, Caitlin Grossjung, Rabbit in the Rye, and Tumbleweed Highway perform Saturday as part a benefit for CNY Food Cupboards at the Earlville Opera House (18 E. Main St., Earlville). The event also includes desserts, raffles, and a silent auction. Music starts at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for students.

  • Phil Markert at St. James Catholic Church (4845 S. Salina St.), 8 p.m. - $10 in advance, $12 at the door.
  • The Rhythm-Airs in support of Community Outreach at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church (5402 W. Genesee St., Camillus), 7 p.m. - $15 for singles, $25 per couple.
  • Striking Strings at First Presbyterian Church of Baldwinsville (64 Oswego St., Baldwinsville), 7 p.m. - Free.
  • Pacifica String Quartet at Lincoln Middle Schoolm (1613 James St.), 7:30 p.m. - $25 for adults, $15 for seniors, $10 for students and under age 13.
  • Lucie Arnaz with Todd Lattimore at Cayuga Community College’s Irene Bisgrove Theater (197 Franklin St., Auburn), 7:30 p.m. - $50.
  • David Wilcox with Loren Barrigar and Mark Mazengarb at the Oswego Music Hall, McCrobie Civic Center (41 Lake St., Oswego_, 8 p.m. - $14 in advance, $16 at door; half-price for children under 12, free under age 5.
  • Caroline Blue and Poetry in Black at the Fusion Room (3705 Brewerton Road, North Syracuse), 9 p.m. - $5 for adults, $10 for ages 18-20.
