Thursday, April 19: Rock Out for the Cause and more tonight

Juiceboxx, The Sarah Horner Band, and Now and Then perform tonight at Benjamin’s on Franklin (314 S. Franklin St.) as part of Rock Out for the Cause, a benefit for the CNY Autism Society and the American Heart Association. Music starts at 7 p.m. and admission is $5.
