Sunday, March 18: Taylor Fleming benefit

A benefit will take place today for the family of Taylor Fleming at the Carnegie Cafe at Drivers Village (5885 E. Circle Drive, Cicero). The event runs from 1 to 6 p.m. Admission is $15 at the door. Featured bands include the Coachmen featuring Elizabeth Fern, Colin Aberdeen and more.

  • Andrew and Noah VanNorstrand at Liverpool Public Library’s Carman Community Room (310 Tulip St., Liverpool), 2 p.m. - Free admission.
  • Marissa Mulder pays tribute to Jimmy Van Heusen as part of the CNY Jazz Cabaret Series at the Sheraton Syracuse University Grand Ballroom (801 University Ave.), 5 p.m. - $30 adults, $12 students.
  •  I Am the Avalanche, Hostage Calm, Banquets, Homeward and One Last Shot at Lost Horizon (5863 Thompson Road), 5 p.m. - $10.
  • Handguns, Daybreaker, The American Scene, Maker, Forever Came Calling and Give Us Jersey at the Westcott Theater (524 Westcott St.), 2:30 p.m. - $10. 
  •  Phil Shapiro and Carrie Shore at the First Presbyterian Union Church (90 North Ave., Owego), 3 p.m. - Free admission.
  •  Old-Time Music Jam at Kellish Hill Farm (3192 Pompey Center Road, Manlius), 1 p.m. - $5 donation.
